Is there a world that has its own manners and vocabulary and internal rhythms and status structure? And who looks down on whom? And why? And who venerates whom? Who's a big deal in these worlds? And if I can get into that, it doesn't even really matter to me that much what the subculture is. I'm fascinated by trying to map that thing out.”

I used to claim that I couldn’t take short naps, that I had to sleep for at least 40 minutes to feel good, and that’s no longer true. I can nap successfully for a few minutes. I can do the “power nap.” I get it now and I LOVE it. Nothing has changed in my body, I just changed my expectations. BUT I don’t want to discount those who legitimately can’t nap for whatever reason.
