If you use our AI-enabled sleep coach tool, we and our third party technology provider will receive the information you input in order to provide you with personalized recommendations to help improve your sleep.

If you sign up for our premium subscription services, a third party payment processor collects payment information, such as credit card or other financial information.

Communications

When you communicate with us, we may receive additional information about you. For example, if you communicate with our customer support team, we may receive your name, email address, phone number, the contents of a message or attachments that you may send to us, and other information you choose to provide. When we send you emails, we may track whether you open them to learn how to deliver a better customer experience and improve our Services.
