Your goals are measured over your last 7 days. Each day counts as met or not met based on your Sleep Log for that day, and you need to meet a goal on most of those days to move forward in the program. Your goals depend on your phase:
Log your sleep: all phases.
Wake up on time: from Phase 2.
Go to bed on time, fall asleep within 20 minutes and good sleep efficiency: Phase 3.
Common reasons a day shows as not met
You didn't log your sleep that day. A day without a Sleep Log counts as not met for all your goals, so logging every day matters most.
Your times were outside the allowed range. Each goal shows the range that counts as met ("Counts as met if between…"). For bedtime, going to bed too late counts as not met too, not just going to bed too early.
You were traveling. Your times are compared with your usual wake time and bedtime and aren't adjusted for time zones. While you travel, some days may show as not met.
Your Sleep Window recently changed. When your wake time or bedtime changes, your 7-day count starts over from the day after the change.
This doesn't erase your progress
Keep logging every day and follow your Sleep Window as closely as you can. If something doesn't look right, talk to your coach or contact our Customer Support team.
