Rest doesn’t use passwords. You log in with your email address, in one of two ways:
Email code: open the app, enter your email address and type the 6-digit code we send you. If the code doesn’t arrive within a couple of minutes, check your spam folder.
Login link: if you subscribed on our website, open the link in your purchase confirmation email on your iPhone and you’ll be logged in automatically.
If you don’t have an account yet
If you downloaded Rest from the App Store or want to use the free version, your account is created in the app: enter your email address, type the 6-digit code we send you and complete the onboarding. If you subscribed on our website, your account was created at checkout; log in with the email address you used there.
