Most couples don’t want fights to become huge blow outs that hurt their relationship. They want a way to successfully resolve pains between them. Like a washing machine, sometimes a problem might spin you around or twist you for a short while, but then you come out cleaner and even brighter than before.
Conflict is normal in relationships.
But how we do conflict can be so destructive. It can turn a good relationship toxic and leave a good intentioned couple headed for divorce.
